Heirloom Tomato and Green Bean Salad

Servings: 2


Ingredients:
2 tablespoons B. Lloyd's Glazed and Roasted Pecan Pieces
1/2 cup mixed greens or spring mix
2 cups mixed heirloom tomato wedges and halves (yellow teardrop, green heirloom and grape)
6 fresh green beans, stems removed and blanched (*see instructions below)
1 to 2 tablespoons prepared vinaigrette

Steps:
Toss greens, tomatoes and green beans together in a serving bowl. Top with vinaigrette and B. Lloyd's Glazed and Roasted Pecan Pieces.

*To blanch green beans: Fill a sauté pan with 1 inch of water and bring to a boil. Have a bowl with ice water on the side. Drop beans in the water just until color becomes a bright green. Remove from pan and place immediately into the ice water. Remove after cooled and add to salad.
