Mamie's Pecan Pie
1 box light brown sugar
2 cups B.Lloyd's pecan Pieces
3 tablespoons flour
3 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 stick butter
2 unbaked pie shells

Mix all together and pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 minutes. Cover loosely with foil and reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Continue baking for 15-25 minutes or until set.

Olive Ball Hors d'Oeuvres
Large green olives, drained
Cream cheese
B.Lloyd's pecans, small pieces
Wrap each olive in cream cheese, and then roll in pecans.

Pecan Sprinkled Salad
1 bunch Romaine lettuce
Feta Cheese
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup Ross-Smith Pecans, small pieces
Good Seasons' Zesty Italian dressing

Add feta cheese just before serving.

Vanilla Ice Cream Topping
Vanilla ice cream
Chocolate sauce (if desired)

This is always a good old-fashioned favorite!

Pecan Crusted Chicken
4-6 pieces of chicken
1⁄2 stick of butter
2 cups of Ross-Smith Pecan Meal
Pound chicken to 1-inch thickness. Dip in butter and roll in pecan meal. Bake 350° for 30-35 minutes.
